Am not pretty much sure about your requirement.. but the followng may helpful...
1. usually, We used to close the first browser ( if first browser opens new one ).. 2. If you want both shd be opned... then get hwnd property and use DP for handling this.. 3. Guess, OR will not helpful for this requirement... .
