ur right... but some times a person should confuse then he will post a question in this fourm... it is not that he has not verified or checked in the qtp help or google. He/She may be want to clarify that basic thing then he/she post the question if u know that it is a basic question let that question( u no need to answer that) other wise u post ur answer.
