PHP is a back-end environment ,QTP records on front-end, there is no PHP
code running in the browser. You need to verify:

1. Type  of GUI run in a browser
2. Version  of a browser - is it supported by QTP 9.2 (or simply try to
record google.com page)?
3. Open a browser after QTP.
