A question first: Are you you using:

1. QTP only?
2. QTP + QC?
3. QTP + QC + BPT?
4. TAO?

Now if you are using QTP 9.5 only then, my suggestion (some one might
not agree) don't worry about frame work. Just use actions for
different t-codes (if necessary) as you will need to input data in one
script from the out put of another script(s).
