>From my personal experience:

1) In Agile process, based on the number of requirements(R), its complexity
and project duration(T), the entire project span is divided into sprints(N).
2) Sprint duration can be 2 weeks to 2 months, based on the requirements in
it.
3) Each sprint should be completed within alloted time, If any requirement
is not completed in the sprint, they will push that requirement to next
sprint

1) In each Sprint, to know status, there will be daily meetings, which are
Scrums that re conducted by scrum master(PL/PM)
2) Every day, at a fixed calender time there will be scrum meetings.
3) The main motto of this meeting is "What we done yesterday", "Any blocking
issues" and "What we are going to do today".
4) If any team member has issues, which required some time to discuss, scrum
master will ask him to discuss with him in offline, as Scrum meeting cannot
be more than 15 mins
