strDesktop = WshShell.SpecialFolders("Desktop") - get access to
Desktop folder (for current user)
set oShellLink = WshShell.CreateShortcut(strDesktop & "\Shortcut
Script.lnk") - CreateShortcut, that what it does
other lines set properties for the shortcut
you need to read about COM objects, and the link above about specific
WshShell object.
