Hi After uncheck protected mode from internet option under the security section in IE 8, QTP was able to recognize class as "browser" instead of "window".
QTP 10 supports IE 8 and i am able to use it successfully. Thanks a lot for ur replies. Anyway can u let me know from where can i get the patches defined above ?
