You can use the output parameter fucntionality to bring the scenario to an automatible extent. I would suggest you to go this way. You would be having active screens for the recorded steps. The step which reflects the particular active screen containing the oredr number.. go into the active screen image, right click on the order number data, add checkpoint output paramters, and parameterise it to be outputted to the global sheet. I hope am clear on the point.
