Hi Vinod,

If you are using IE8 then install the patch given by HP for IE8 support and
disable new tab settings in IE.

 if you are using IE7 then I guess it is problem with IE-settings,disable
the new tab option,turn off autocomplete features:

even if it doesn't work then check the Mercury Quicktest Add-on for  IE
enabled or not.

It should work this time.
