Probably not a good task to begin with if you are new to QTP.  It will
most likely involve some advance programming with QTP in the Expert
View and using FSO for file system validation.  You should get some
training before tackling that one.  Having automated too many
applications to count, my first impression would be that you'll run
into some challenges and without knowing the capabilities of QTP
you'll most likely get stuck at various points along the process and
get frustrated.

What version of QTP are you planning on using?  Do you know what
toolkit/language the install utility was built in?
