Thanks for your response.

Indeed, I googled and found this thread before posting it to the groups,
however it did not help. I didn't download from torrent. Its an official
software provided in my company and I tried installing it in one of my
company laptops and I faced this.

Even I deleted all the registry entries which corresponds to QTP and I
reinstalled it. It gave me the same error again.

Please let me know if you have any solutions for this.
