Hi mzrazzaque, You have not specified when you are seeing this problem. When you start QTP or when you start IE. Or when you start recording.
Either case, try disabling the pointsec from your ie. Navigate to IE7, Tools Internet options. ---> Programs click on Manage add-ons. In add-ons list disable the pointsec and try again. I am not sure this will resolve the issue, but give a try and see.
