Hello Anil,
I have experienced this same issue when I created the QTP scripts in
Windows XP QTP 11 and tried to run the same script in QTP 10 on Windows 7.
The resolution was to do some dummy edits in the actions and save as the
same action again on the machine you are trying to execute scripts on.
