Ramya, There are few issue which we have faced during migration, but its all depends on framework used for automation. Some of issues are: 1. QTP will not recognize browser windows for IE7 and IE8 using text property of window. 2. Values from object repository disappear unexpectedly 3. Values for checkboxes can not be used apart from 0 or 1, while in qtp 9.2 and 9.5 you can use any numeric value to check or uncheck checkbox.
Scripts of qtp 9.2 can be directly run using qtp 11 without any updation and test settings and resource locations will also be automatically copied. Even after executing scripts using qtp 11, you can run the same script with qtp 9.2.
