I can to utilize the "SendKeys" with some modifications.
Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
Browser("Google").Page("Google").WebEdit("q").Click
WshShell.SendKeys "{DOWN}"
WshShell.SendKeys "{DOWN}"
WshShell.SendKeys "{ENTER}"
