I will change my question.

First I would like to know how to enable SWT support in QTP, cause I think
it is not correctly enabled.

As for the extensions I already know how to do it using the Java Add-in
Extensibility SDK, so it would be really helpful if someone can tell me how
to enable the SWT support for QTP 11
