Found below 2 solutions in
http://www.sqaforums.com/showflat.php?Number=420045

a)
1. copy & Paste below code in notepad

Set WSHShell = WScript.CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
WSHShell.SendKeys "^%{F1}"

2. Save as keypress.vbs file
3. Schedule in microsoft scheduler (Start> Programs> Accessories> system
tools> Scheduled Tasks> Add Scheduled Task)map the .vbs file
4. Schedule for 'n' number of hours...

b)
If you want to ensure that the Desktop never locks or your Screen
saver/battery saver don't pop in between then you can use the following
freeware available on the net.

Caffeine.exe

http://blog.lib.umn.edu/rigd0003/uncertainty/caffeine_for_your_pc.html

After installation, when you launch Caffeine then it simulates a key press
every minute to keep the PC awake.
The icon on the taskbar allows you to toggle Caffeine ON/OFF. This way the
PC never sleeps and you can continue your QTP execution uninterrupted.
