Hi umamahesh, QTP supports web based applications. Please make sure that supported IE version for QTP 9.2, and you have selected Web add-in while QTP startup. Windows 7 has IE8 and I am sure that QTP 9.2 won't support IE8. Hence please upgrade your QTP to latest version. If you feel to work with 9.2 - downgrading IE will solve your problem.
