Is Data Execution Prevention(DEP) turned off for Internet Explorer?If not go
to System Properties>Advanced>Performance(Settings)>Data Execution
Prevention(select tab)  ,  Select "Turn on DEP.."  and add iexplorer.exe to
list!

Hope this helps(if LR doesn't record any steps it might help , also try to
restart the machine and Vugen module if it still doesn;t work after your
first try )
