Hi Roman Zibler, for the 2nd question , yes i tried debugging without the condition . It was still not working .. For the 1st one .. what exactly do you mean by the same user ... (dont know much of sql or DBs so the question) this user was the same in both cases i.e. while accessing the code thru toad and also while opening the connection thru ADODB.
