Serene, 1. Try to click on the calendar object first and let's see if QTP sets it up or not... ideally it should work...
2. One thing I want to ask is... does the Calendar object disabled by default and is it getting enabled or activated on selecting any Item from *"Admission Qualification" DropDownList*. If it is like this then you can also try wait statement to let the Calendar object gets activated.
