Common ppl , cheer up and forget about this

Naveen- this us compatibility issue we are talking a about and diff ppl have 
diff experience solving this 

For ex .. Before posting here I sure did google and followed at least 10 
solutions but nothing worked 

Since you said worked closely with hp on this..I bet you are the right brain to 
pick
