Shasi, First create the excel sheet with country and states as follows For EX:
countryname Statename India Assam ; bihar ; karnataka United states ..... if its an web list, select the country and the state will list the items for that country , spy the web list and get the all items and paste it in the statename data for that country. like that store all data. Step2: Select any country randomly or which you want Step3 : Check that the states have been loaded Compare the StateName with the selected country. and values in the excel sheet.
