Thank you for responding to my question.
First, I am not sure why Smart Identification Enabled property should
create two different Descriptions? Because in my tests, though SIM was
enabled but it was never used when i run the tests. I mean SIM was not in
the picture in my earlier tests. please elaborate on this, if you feeel I
am missing a conceptual thing.

Second, I used the approach told by you and still no difference, recorded
script still shows the different browser name descriptions.

Please advise.
I appreciate a relevant help in this.
