Hi Suman,

I faced a similar problem, and till now the only solution I know for
that is to log the machine off, and log in again after some time. If
that too didn't work, I usually end up working on some other test
case / work on that test locally. And that's very annoying. The
UnlockObject that you mentioned did not help me either.

I am guessing it's related to caching along with storing the locking
info in QC tables, but I don't know how exactly the locking mechanism
works.
