OTA is the Open Test Architecture,ü and OTA Com is used for HP Quality Center client libraries actullay an API for thw QC and QTP
as far as I know this library synchronize information between third party developer programs (and business programs) and QC By the way,you do not have to use vb in OTA, you can use any language or script that has interact with DOM objects. QC has an COM Object, TDConnection is the top-level object in the library, which returns referance to QC COM Object.
