a.            Initiator  ID is a unique element used to identify the 
front-end application that is sending the request to Strada. One service 
supports 5 initiator IDs which are:  HIVR, PD, WIB, MIVR, EPP.  Using this 
information, here is a sample business rule:  If initator ID is NOT HIVR or 
EPP and Process Stop is an I (eye), then do not allow a payment to be 
processed.  How many test scenarios would you create for this rule and 
why?  Please explain your thought process for identifying test scenarios.
