Wait is termed as hard synchronization, for example wait(5), instructs QTP
to halt execution by 5 second, even if expected window or property is
available after 1 second. Generally, scrip-tor are discouraged to use
wait().
QTP other synchronization mechanism like exist, waitproperty works in more
flexible manner. Exist(5) means, it will wait maximum upto 5 seconds, if
expected AUT behavior is achieved earlier, QTP resumes script execution.
Waitproperty also works in similar way.
