Hi, No need to uninstall the OS. just goto run commond and type regedit. A registry window will open now go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->MERCURY INTERACTIVE and delete this folder after that restart the computer.Make sure you need to run registry cleaner exe file after deleting above folder. I think it will work .
