hi udhay, as I said you before in this mail thread only,Don't minimize that physical machine. you just re-size physical machine by click on middle button on top right(minimize, maximize /re-size, close). and drag that window toward down or other desktop(if you have two monitor). then you can use your physical machine.It will not affect any action on physical machine.
