"Training and Placement" calls is from consultancy compaines which mainly focus on job placement skills like (how to give interviews, resume making ..ect..) these is not good path unless you required visa ... so dont be overwhelmed.. grass is not green so go there unless u really required.
if you are in India, go to training classes and you ll learn core skills and eventually those core skills will help you to find a job and career.
