@Ganesh, Yes. I faced this Issue. Following are the way arounds for the same:
1. Change the UAC Settings to lowest level. ( Run -> msconfing -> Tools -> Change UAC Settings ->Click Launch) 2. Record any script on QTP on any website and then you can delete that script and start working.
