Hi Rohit, Agile meaning is "MOVE QUICKLY AND EASILY", that means when time limitations are there then software companies usually follow this methodology. when client is not having a particular idea about his project or when client frequently changing his requirements then we will follow the AGILE methodology.. In this methodology there must be a very good relation between developer and test engineer, everyday client meeting will be there. In agile methodology mostly we should concentrate on High priority requirements called Sprints..
