As rightly said by Kunal and Rasim, it cannot be determined on a global
basis as to how man keywords can be used in automating a Application. It
depends on Various factors like type of AUT, (webbased, windows based,
third-party products involved..etc) . Also it mainly depneds on the
Knowlelge of the tester who is involved in testing. Based on his/her
expertise, the keywords required may vary for the same product.

When you say "medium complexity" , it again varies how the tester looks at
it. For an expert it may be very simple. When I say expert tester, it means
that a person who as already automated an similar application and is
familiar with the advantages and drawbacks of the AUT.

Why do you think that there would be definite number to your question
here.. Even if someone says 10 as an answer , how do you think it will help
you.???
