Need help from someone who has had experience automating the FACETS application from Trizetto. This application features many lists which QTP identifies as WinLists but they don't seem to be since the "all items" and getContent approaches to getting the data only return some garbage data (chinese characters). These lists may be implemented in some kind of custom UI control. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
