Ami,
Seems like you are adding the sheet in DataTable inside the function but
trying to access the sheet outside the function and that too before
using/calling the function once.
Hence, paste these lines before trying to get rowcount :
'Add data sheet in the QTP Data Table
DataTable.AddSheet ("mydt")
'Import the excel sheet into QTP Data Table
DataTable.ImportSheet "C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Desktop\QTP\MyTests\Data Driven FrameWork With
Excel\Data\TC_Gmail_Login.xls", tcnameinexcel,"mydt"
