You need to check the test case consists of repetitive steps... If so, you can create reusable actions and execute them just by calling the action (LoadandRunAction) command. Also as Siva mentioned, QTP is mainly used for regression testing. If the application is not stable (undergoes changes in UI or object properties within very short period of time) then better not to automate it.
