Hi, Please make changes in QTP as given below:-
1. Open QTP in admin mode(Run as administrator). 2. Automation>Record and Run setting > Web >select "Record and run test on any ioen browser. 3. Automation>Record and Run setting > Web >select Application opened via desktop (by the windows shell). Do this changes and let me know if u still face any issue.
