Please follow the below mentioned procedure. 1. Open IE 2. Go to tools 3. Go to internet Options 4. click on security Tab 5. Uncheck the protective mode checkbox 6. click on apply and ok.
after following the above procedure, Please close the IE and first open the QTP after completly launching the QTP then open the IE.
