Hi,

It may due to following reasons:

1. The developers have added a new object in the same screen and the
index of your object is changed.
2. The identification attributes have changed over time.

Work arounds:
1. Try adding index as one of the mandatory attributes to identify the object.
2. Use smart identification option.
