Hi Lokesh, Are you using UFT11.5 Concurrent License Server ?
if you are using UFT11.5 Concurrent License Server then you can easily downgrade UFT11.5 to QTP 11, Just uninstall UFT 11.5 completely and install QTP 11. UFT 11.5 Concurrent License server works with QTP 11. Let me know if you have any issue.
