Hi Suman, You will need to setup a local server on your machine ( just for making the task simple ) where the QTP will be launched ( like xamplite ) and have to create a normal html file which can trigger a vbscript file on click lets suppose a button which in turn starts the QTP.
Also, the input in what ever form you want to pass on to QTP can be passed through this html page and should be carefully handled while scripting the same as the same vbscript which is used from triggering the QTP will have the duty to pass the information about the input to Main Script ( read here file name etc would be passed here from vbscript to main Action script through the use of environment variable ) OR you can identify a common sharable path where the input is always expected to be present and your script will automatically can check that path/folder to look for input data.
