Any coding related questions are useful to find ideal candidate. QTP is just a tool so if candidate has good coding skills, he/she can learn QTP in less than two weeks, also I am not looking for vbscript only because if u have worked in Java, C#, C++ or Javascript.. you can transform your skills into QTP. Sorry I didnt mean to down grade your effort here.
