Hi Aneel As per my experience, we can run multiple QTP instances on 01 sandbox but for multiple user instances. I mean 01 user can create only 01 QTP instance and to answer your query: 1. Multiple user concurrent license is required and each user instance of sandbox will consume 01 license. 2. If AUT is also available on sandbox then as QTP, AUT can also accessible by multiple users.
