i feel you are ok with your approach, you are asking only about the pass or 
failure. In both cases you need link to be displayed. Did i understood 
correctly?

if it is the case then try this

For Counter = 0 to 41
myLinkNme=myArray(counter).GetROProperty("name")
        If myArray(counter).Exist Then
Reporter.ReportEvent micPass, "Link ", myLinkNme&"- Exists"
Else
Reporter.ReportEvent micFail, "Link ", myLinkNme&"- does not exist"
End If
Next

if i understood the problem in wrong way, please make me understand.
