Not aware of the syntax for PKZIPW. For 7zip I used below syntax to create
a zip file.
Set oShell =CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
oShell.Run """C:\Program Files\7-Zip\7z.exe"""&" a "& mvar1&" "&mvar2& " "&
mvar3
