Hi Swapnil, This is a kind of limitation/issue with QTP.
Because 64 bit application requires 64 bit DLL or EXE to execute, where as QTP comes up with 32 bit. There is a work around for this. Right click on your .vbs file -> Choose Open With -> Choose Default Program option -> Click on Browse -> Then point to the cscript.exe in "C:\Windows\SysWOW64". Then double click your vbs file.
