Dear Sunil,
If you are facing this issue then you can use alternative methods Like *
InvokeSoftkey* for button.
*Assuming your identification is proper.*
For Oraclebutton
Option 1 - Try to highlight that button first then try to perform *Click *
method.
OR
Option 2 - Try to use *InvokeSoftkey* method
Which QTP version you are using
