Akhalesh is right.. UFT requires more RAM to run scripts. If you are using for Java application you may try to add this command in environmental variable
_JAVA_OPTIONS : -Xmx1024M (you may have other java jar location string). this will enable your java virtual machine to use more virtual memory during run time. you need to have more than 4GB RAM since you are also connecting to ALM. Ask your ALM server admin to check resources on disk since you are having issues when loading scripts from ALM. Just send him/her comparison of script running with and without ALM. You may need to contact HP to provide solution for it.
