Randy: Open2Test is free. The url is http://www.open2test.org/. I really liked Open2Test when I worked with it. If all you require is record and play back, then no, it is not good for beginners. As in any program, there is a learning curve. The functions are already written in vbscript and can be extended if required or new functions added.
